Support to help you regarding your beloved pet.
Perhaps you've just lost your pet or your pet is sick or lost their quality of life and you've come to that time when you need to make a decision about the end of their life. Your vet may have given your their professional opinion, may have talked through the practical aspects but they may not have the time to go into the depth you need or discuss all the questions that are coming up. Questions such as "how can I know I'm doing the right thing/at the right time?", "what actually happens immediately before, during and after euthanazing or putting an animal to sleep?" Being able to talk things through at your own pace and take the time you need and explore all the different emotions and questions arising can help give you peace of mind, that you're doing the best for you and your beloved pet.
Losing a pet, whatever the circumstances, can bring up a huge range of emotions which can feel overwhelming and devastating. Added to which many people can't understand what you're going through and you an feel alone, totally lacking in support or guidance in how you can possibly deal with it or even begin to navigate your way through.
Having someone who an relate to what you're going through, listen and help you to explore what you're experiencing can be a huge relief and help you better handle things.
